Millington

RYAN MILLINGTON, DVM | MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Ryan Millington has been a practicing veterinarian since 2008. He attended the University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2003, then had the opportunity to pursue a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in the beautiful Caribbean, at St. George's University, on the island of Grenada.

Dr. Millington has been able to amass a wide variety of veterinary experiences allowing him to appreciate the array of needs and desires his clients may have. This, in turn, allows him to understand their perspective and help them to develop treatment or health care plans that his client believes in. His areas of interest include client relationships and education, preventative care, and soft tissue surgery.

Dr. Millington has been blessed to have a wife, four kids (three boys and a daughter), and one spoiled miniature dachshund named Larry. Most of his free time is spent coaching lacrosse at Regents School of Austin, and he enjoys any opportunity to hit the coast for some bay fishing.

MICHELLE HENTHORNE, DVM | ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

Dr. Michelle Henthorne is a 2000 graduate of Texas A&M University, School of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up in Houston and has practiced medicine all across the country, from California to Florida. She is passionate about high quality patient care and communicating with her clients. She enjoys dermatology, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine.

When she’s not caring for her patients, she is busy with her family. Dr. Henthorne has two amazing kids who attend Dripping Springs schools and a loving husband. She also enjoys working out, being at the lake, and spending time with her own four legged family members.

Dr. Henthorne is excited to be practicing at Springs Veterinary Care and serving the Dripping Springs community.

Julie Kenzior

JULIE KENZIOR, DVM | RELIEF VETERINARIAN

Dr. Julie Kenzior has gotten her veterinary degree in 2006 from the University of Missouri - Columbia and completed a year internship in a private specialist clinic in Brisbane, Australia. She has been working as a relief veterinarian in Austin area for the past 10 years. She is passionate about the quality of pets’ lives and preventive care and has special interest in internal medicine and oncology. She lives in Dripping Springs with her husband, three kids and six gerbils and enjoys crafting and watercolor painting whenever she has a moment.

Wiktoria

WIKTORIA DZIEKANSKA | VETERINARY TECHNICIAN

Born in Poland, Wiktoria and her family moved to New Jersey when she was eight years old. She has been in Texas for a little over a year now, and loving it.

Wiktoria has worked with animals since graduating high school, with a 3-year break teaching Yoga. She has two fur babies of her own, Izzy the Aussie and Monty the Kitty.

On her days off you can find Wiktoria in the Hill Country exploring state parks, wineries, plant nurseries, and or at the farmers market. When not out and about she will be in the kitchen, working on her baking skills.

Ivy

IVY CRUMLEY | VETERINARY ASSISTANT

Ivy is a true Texan-born from Austin. Ivy grew up in Buda, where she did 4H & FFA which eventually brought her to Veterinary Medicine. It is her love for helping animals that has to led her to Springs Veterinary Care.

In her spare time, Ivy loves to cook, fish, and spend time with her fur babies, Gilly and Lynayrd. During spring time you can find Ivy and Kenny out on the river.

AMBER MANNIE | CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST

Amber grew up in Pennsylvania, moved to Austin in 2013, and has lived in Dripping Springs for the past two years. After spending the last seven years as a Massage Therapist, Amber decided it was time to pursue a different career. Her passion and love for animals lead her to Springs Veterinary Care.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, woodworking, and visiting local breweries with her husband and fur baby Sydney, (who is named after one of our favorite hockey players). Amber is so excited to join the Springs Veterinary Care team.

Jennifer

JENNIFER NEEDHAM | CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST

Jennifer is a native Texan but has lived in Iowa, Colorado, Virginia and New Jersey. She attended Texas Tech University and University of Houston, but ended up obtaining a real estate license several years ago and has been working either as a Realtor or in a supportive role in the industry. Jennifer decided to make a complete career change and is thrilled to work every day with one of her passions-animals.

Jennifer and her husband moved from Houston to Dripping Springs in 2020 and have three grown children and seven fur babies! Outside of work, you can find her cycling, hiking, spending time with family, and exploring the Texas hill country.

Courtney_Kirkland-BW

COURTNEY KIRKLAND | ONLINE PHARMACY SPECIALIST

Courtney oversees the online pharmacy program for our veterinary practice, ensuring clients receive savings, convenience, and peace-of-mind when purchasing medications and products for their pet's optimal health and wellbeing.

Courtney grew up in Brackettville, Texas. She has 7 years of experience in the veterinary industry working as a vet and kennel technician. She is a certified laser technician and safety specialist and at her prior clinic, she was the on-site laser technician.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her three children and their chocolate lab, Creek. She also enjoys reading, cooking and fishing. During the spring, she can be found with her husband on the diamond coaching Little League Baseball.
